2. Ship - Use Customer Ship data for MailerMailer
Encoding: When the module communicates with MailerMailer thru your server, encoding may be required. This option allows you to select the correct encoding (if any). You will need to perform tests (customer signup or place an order without account) on your Miva site and see if the email data "looks" correct in MailerMailer. If the data contains encoding characters, change the encoding and try it again.
1. None (default) - No encoding for MailerMailer
2. Attr - Attribute encoding for MailerMailer
3. Entity - Entity encoding for MailerMailer
Email type: Select the type of email the user will start with.
1. Text (default) - User will receive text emails
2. Html - User will receive Html emails
MailerMailer URL: Enter the URL to MailerMailer.com for email POSTs. The module will default to http://www.mailermailer.com/x.
MailerMailer key: Enter your MailerMailer encrypted key. This is your identification key that is used when the module POSTs to MailerMailer.
To obtain your key:
1. Go to MailerMailer.com
2. Login using your username and password
3. Click on "Setup"
4. Click on "Create Signup Form for Your Site"
5. Scroll down to the "Cut and Paste HTML to your site"
6. Locate the hidden variable "owner_id_enc"
7. Copy the VALUE (only copy the text between the double quotes)
8. Sample line: NAME="owner_id_enc" VALUE="17273,$1$zHmn7$9aLdQ3nZbE/4WAS0deh/B0"
9. Sample Copy: 17273,$1$zHmn7$9aLdQ3nZbE/4WAS0deh/B0
10. Paste this key into the MailerMailer key field in the module
Signup Text: The text of the CheckBox that the user will click to be added to the list
User Attribute #1 to #7: Enter any required "answers" to any questions you have set up in MailerMailer. Attribute #1 in the module relates to Question #1 in MailerMailer. If you have marked a question as required, you must fill in an answer in the module. Otherwise MailerMailer will reject the email addition. If your question is set up as optional and you do not supply an answer, the email will still be added to MailerMailer. The purpose of this is so you can mark the email records as to where they came from. The user is never asked any questions and the signup process is painless, but the Miva admin still controls the procedure.
User Comment #1 to #3: Enter any required "answers" to any text questions you have set up in MailerMailer. User Comment #1 in the module relates to text Question #1 in MailerMailer. The same Attribute rules apply here. See User Attributes.
Load All Customers: This function will load your customer master email addresses into MailerMailer.com in small blocks. As each block is sent, an email will go out to each of your customers who are not already in the list allowing them to opt-in or opt-out. Please be aware that the upload to your mailer account is governed by the rules of MailerMailer.com. The customers you are uploading MUST be your customers. No third party or purchased lists are allowed. To start the upload process, click StartLoad. To exit, click Back (located above and to the right).
StartLoad: This will start the upload function to MailerMailer.com. The module will upload in very small blocks. The reason for small block size (and not an automated process) is load balancing on your server and the MailerMailer server. A confirmation email will go out to every customer (who is not already in your list) allowing them to opt-in or opt-out.
LoadNextBlock: You must continue to process each block of customers as the module moves thru the customer master. Click on LoadNextBlock to load the next block. This function will give you a status of how many records have been loaded.
